Tifani Triumph: Generation 6 Houses Again

Ah, Generation 6.  Becoming adults, finding their own place in the world, new houses, new careers, new loves.  Ya know, the greatness of growing up.

Faith's House
Last we left Faith she had rushed things too much in her quest to nab Joe Carr.  However, it's a new day in a new week.  Let's start over!  First things first is to invite Mr Right over to visit.  This time, with some patience and timing things went much better.

First comes Besties!  Then comes the first kiss and LOVE.
And then comes Joe moving immediately followed by a proposal of engagement...spoiler he says YES!  And then a mad dash out of the house to work by Faith.

While Faith was away I spent a bit of time attempting to get to know Joe a bit better.  His lifetime want is to have 6 pets max out their careers.  I think we can do this.  I've been looking over this little starter house.  Billed as a 3 bedroom 1 bath I'm certain that it will be a snap to adjust to a 4 bedroom 2 bath and then easily make one bedroom for pets.  Yup, money is slowly coming in and this will happen.  Potentially, without some psycho coming along wanting masses of babies this could last for generations!

As soon as Faith comes home from work she wastes no time in proposing marriage right there in the kitchen!
The rest they say, is history.  He's in, he's trapped, and it's too late to change his mind.  As a wedding gift Faith immediately finds him his first pet, Abilene a cute little kitten that immediately grows up to a cat.  Job in showbiz a lock.  (Please bear in mind that these pets cannot and will not unlock careers for the neighborhood.  First this tier of pet career is unlocked and secondly they aren't in the main house.)
With Joe's added funds and the additional income, though still lacking friends for a proper promotion for Faith, the house is getting redone.  She's showing herself to be a pretty basic girl.  No frilly colors, no frilly patterns, basic black.  Though I did go with a sweet yellow for the pet room and a soothing green for the new nursery.
The new kitchen.
With the remodeling success and Abilene settling in nicely with the couple Joe adopted Argus a few days later.  Argus is a kitten and can't yet run out and get a job.  However, by having a male and female, IF they can develop a positive relationship Joe could breed them and easily fulfill his lifetime want.  Or make some side cash selling the kittens.

Hope's House
There's a bun in the oven and the alarm hasn't gone off yet!  How will  Abhijeet take to parenthood?  That's the pressing question.

So far so good.  The baby bump doesn't seem to be slowing him down at all!  It wasn't long though before Baby Triumph was ready to make an appearance.
Meet baby Eliza!  She was definitely a loved baby though Mom and Dad did fairly well with not quite overdoing it with the bottles.  Somewhat.  Sorta.  OK, they were still prolific but I've seen much worse.  And Abhijeet?  He didn't even flinch over changing his first diaper.  Go Dad!  Now that last picture on the bottom?  Again, having to kill time while no one sleeps or potties or anything but hold the baby because it sometimes takes an age and a day for those infant to toddler birthdays to happen.

While baby Eliza is growing up Hope and Abhijeet still make time for each other, and her goal of 50 dream dates.  However, at one point Hope had a want to give him a backrub so like a good Almighty, I cued it up.  And to accomplish this want?  They walked outside, all the way around to the back corner of the house and...
yup, The Maker said Hope may have a case of EDS.  (Click the link for more information on what this is.)

They did manage 9 Dream Dates this week, by the way.  Almost 1/5 of the way through!  While these two were busy making goo goo eyes at each other Eliza was busy growing up and working hard with Mommy and Daddy on her toddler skills.
Next week we will see Eliza grow up, Hope get more dream dates, and not see Abhijeet work on his lifetime goal (woohoo 20 different sims - I don't think so!)

Isabella's House
30 Day Plan.  Isabella has one.  And it's pretty specific.  I however want to see her happy, not just what she 'thinks' will make her happy.  And I have my own 30 day plan.

Step 1:  Convince Isabella that having another person in the household increases her odds of having enough friends for a promotion.  Yup, that got her thinking, and shortly on the phone.  Intended vict- roommate:  Jason Menon.
He came to visit an upon greeting their friendship went to besties.  Perfect for my, uh Isabella's new plan.  Invite him to move in.  Of course he said yes.  However, she didn't tell him there would be no more than that.  Amazing roommates who already have each other's backs.  He did not however move in with needed friends.  Shake it off, he can get out there and hustle some friends just like you.
When Isabella reinforced the 'roommate only' stipulation he wasn't overly thrilled apparently.  I don't know why he's so bothered, neither have romantic feels for the other.

Step 2:  Let nature take it's course.  And it did.  A few accident encounters in the only functional bathroom, a few dinners together looking across the table.  A ticking 30 day plan.
A crush, a first kiss, love and engagement.

Isabella:  Fizzy, I know you are mocking me.  It's not quite the 20 day mark.  But we aren't married.  And won't be for a bit.  I have to get this promotion.  Priorities.  And I'm not promising any babies.  Though we have talked about it.
Me:  I just want you to be happy Isabella.  Are you happy?
Isabella:  *smirking* Yes.  Very.

By the end of the week Isabella got her promotion.  And let me talk her into actually furnishing her home.  And she proposed marriage right there in the new dining room/office.
And there you have Step 3.  Step 4 comes next week :D

Issac's House
Issac wants stuff, Christy wants babies, and they just don't have the space for all of it.  Before they could move though, baby arrived.
Only problem?  I screwed up and apparently did not get a picture of baby Alexander as an infant.  Anyway, they had a boy and named him Alexander. And then they moved.

Issac and Christy chose the same house as his cousin Faith.  With a little remodeling it will be a perfect home for babies and stuff.  Remodeling is for later however as finances are a little tight.  I kept some stuff that was already in, like the fireplace, that I had to remove for Faith to afford it.  And they needed to add a few other things and Issac does not have cheap taste!

Meanwhile Christy wants another baby.  She has a lifetime want to marry off 6 kids.  Not sure that is gonna happen but they both agreed to a couple of kids sooo.  A baby it is.  But not before Alexander grew up to toddler and worked for those toddler skills.

While Alexander was still a toddler the new baby arrived.

Meet baby Andrea.
While Andrea was still a baby we all talked and decided that Issac and Christy would be the first Apocalypse family to adopt a child.  She wants 6 kids to marry off...who says that she has to go through that many pregnancies.  And with adoption, you can chose infant, toddler or child.  You don't even have to deal with toddler skills if you don't want to.  Christy made the call once they had enough money in the bank.
Welcome to the family Stephen!  He fit right in playing with his younger brother.  And they will grow up together as children as Alexander's birthday is right around the corner.

John's House
Ah, a baby, some puppies and a cranky unhappy beast of a wife.  John's life in a nutshell.

First things first, if puppy breeding is going to be a thing then John and family need a new house, pronto!  Puppies cannot go up and down the stairs and you can't carry them in either.  It's too blasted cold to leave those poor babies out in that nuclear winter.  Moving day arrives and John and Meadow pick out a very (like extremely - including flooring) stripped down version of his family home.  Partly dirt floors, I'm telling ya! Before they get moved Skylar grows up to a toddler.
Once in the new house he dived into some skills with a little help from Mommy and Daddy.  Meanwhile, Suzi as growing up from puppy so it was time to get that lifetime want to going.  Both dogs are very high level with both adults, however they both have chosen John over Meadow as their pack leader.  That makes sense, who wants to be lead by a moody crazy lady!?  Both dogs have a decent relationship with each other, always important and one you can't do anything about.  Off to the dog house you go Jake and Suzi, time to try for puppies!
And a few days later 3 puppies were born!  Don't mind Christy hanging out well past her welcome because apparently only puppies can get her out of the pool!  Abby, Boxer, and Chow are born.  Get them out of puppy stages and sell to a new forever home where they will soon be seen as strays running the neighborhood.

At weeks end Skylar grew up to a child, and there was just enough money in the bank to start working on the kitchen.  Dirt floors will soon be a thing of the past!
It's not quite done...yet.

Eden's House
Ah, little Eden is all grown up now ready to take life on her own.  Won't be a blink before I'm sure Oliver will be sharing her space.

Just a basic two bedroom one bath, for now.  Small kitchen, fenced in backyard but an open concept living area.  Day one and dear old Oliver gets a phone call.

The proposal went swiftly and he excitedly accepted.  Even though neither were wanting it they were excited to finally make it happen.
The marriage was a little different.  I've got this obsession withe photographing the floating rings for some reason and when they wed they just never appeared and never appeared.
By the time they did appear I'd given up the photo opportunity and missed the ability to show ya'll that it was instant regret for both of them.  Red rings to rule in the new marriage.

There's wasn't much each that happened for Eden and her love this week.  I'm going to let them wait a minute to have a kidlet, they both worked hard on making friends and getting a few small promotions.  Both lifetime wants are tied to their careers.  For now, Eden has settled into adulthood pretty seamlessly.  A regretted marriage with the man she has loved for most of her life, a career she desires, and a future family to plan for.

That is all...
