More sims, more romance, more pets, and more babies. What more could you ask for?
Lily's House
Ava's a toddler now and with Peter already having passed how much time with Ivy have with her new grandbaby? Only time will tell so let's go tell time!
Forget lifetime wants and career advancement, the most important (or at least cutest) thing this week is toddler skills! Ava worked hard with everyone and maxed everything long before her birthday. And in the blink of an eye it was over.
Childhood! Ava, like all her cousins, was off to school where the new wore off really REALLY fast and the fun failure was constant. I'll be glad when I can plop these nuggets down in front of the TV after school and before homework, just saying.
Honestly, Ava growing up is really all of note that happened this week. Lily got a couple of promotions toward her lifetime want as did Taylor. Neither have hit the big time yet as friends are constantly standing in the way. Literally. Like they chronically need more friends. And I'm hesitant to use Ivy for this as she's to meet Grimmy any day now ya know. She is hanging out in the living room meditating. If you didn't know, meditation with Elders who have maxed EVERYTHING is awesome. I mean, the seriously have NOTHING to do but drive you batty. But meditation keeps their needs static, no need to eat, potty or even sleep, but keeps them ready if you do need them.
Zachariah's House
Zachariah and LeShawn are soloing it now. Them, their love, their girls and oh yeah, an heir still needs to be born.
This week was more about the girls than it was Zachariah and LeShawn. Yes, Zachariah maxed out his career (and lifetime want) by becoming a Celebrity Chef but he wants to move on to other things now. However, I like his days off tremendously! LeShawn just can't seem to get the skills in. With less overall days off than Zachariah the girls just eat that time up.
It wasn't much into the week that Merry and Shayla grew up to toddler. And we know what that means...skills to be gained!
Merry did everything with her younger sister looking on. Such is the life of the oldest child, even if it is only by moments.
Mom and Dad knocked it out of the park and knocked themselves back in fun and exhaustion but Merry and Shayla maxed out all their toddler skills! Then it was a waiting game for the childhood birthday. Of course the girls grew up at the exact same time, in separate rooms! And Merry had to make it difficult where she was standing.
Next week: the girls go to school and an heir is born!
Isabella's House
Isabella has a lot going on with a soon to be toddler in the house, herself soon to be elder, and the need to get her business up and running to the public. Can she take the pressure?
Books and Brew is up and running! It needed a remodel as there wasn't quite the footprint I wanted inside the shop but here's the original build. The only difference is it's a total of 6 squares wider and 3 squares deeper. So, same basic outside with the revamp.
Before we get too excited about the business though there's some growing up to do. First stop, Camila is a toddler.
Yup, she maxed everything with more than enough time to spare to get a bonus of extra charisma from the rabbit head. Have you ever actually watched that thing? It's creepy!
Two days later Camila aged to elder and decided to retire from teaching in order to truly focus on business ownership.
And she's doing well with it. Books & Brew is already a level 3 business in just a few short, overworked, crazy days! During all of this Jason is working diligently to max out the business career so he can also become perma plat. The skills are time consuming but it's the friends again. Isabella is so caught up in business she's neglecting her friends, and they are letting her know about it!
Toward weeks end and Camila is ready to become a child. Now she can go to the shop with Mommy.
And she did. The whole family spent the day there on Saturday. Jason was a help with stocking but poor Camila was just bored. Though I think she did entertain a few customers which can't hurt...right? Onward and upward to level 5!
Issac's House
The kids are growing up and with Issac soon to be elder I don't see any more munchkins coming along. There's still some remodels to finish and 'stuff' to collect that time and money are major factors.
We started off the week on the right foot, Alexander grew up to a teen.
I swear that's smirk on his face! He better keep that attitude I perceive reigned in! Two days later Pops aged up as well, right on schedule with his twin sister Isabella. Issac is now an elder.
Issac is the quintessential old man who probably should be living in balmy Florida instead of nuclear winter, but that's on him!
While all this was going on I determined that Christy will not be meeting her lifetime want of marrying off six children. Now that they go to school all day it's whining and carrying on due to lack of fun. Totally regret letting Felicia unlock that career! There will be no more babies in this household. And I've known all along that Issac wasn't going to go on 50 first dates so there's a double NO to this household.
End of the week and little Andrea grew up to teen as well.
Not sure where the red hair came from with these two but I think it looks really good on Andrea. Next week we look into college options and teen careers and maybe some 'stuff' to make Issac happy.

I'm just your average 30-something (wait! what? um when did that become 40-something?!? oh gravy I'm gettin old!) with too much time on her hands and not enough time in the day. I read, I write, I cook, I play, sometimes I think. I create.
