Tifani Triumph: John, Eden, Andrew and Bethany

One last stop before we head back to the main house.  John and Meadow are raising puppies, Eden and Oliver a future to plan and possibly a housing upgrade, Bethany her first place on her own and Andrew is taking over the family home.  With Generation 5 quickly passing on and Generation 7 being born it feels like Gen 6 is just stuck in the middle somewhere.

John's House
Meadow seems a tad happier now that they have a bigger, albeit, sparse home.  Her baby is a child and she suddenly wants another baby.  This is why you have dogs silly girl.  Raise puppies.  Puppies not babies!  (That should have been Jeremiah's slogan.)

This week there was a bit of action but few things photo worthy, or at least few things I actually remember to take photos of.  Suzi (the dog) had another puppy named Dixie.  The first three (Abby, Boxer, and Chow) grew up to adult shortly after.  I had contemplated having Meadow open a shop in order to sell the puppies but oh wait yeah, they are broke.  Like just trying to get the house livable broke.  Home based business?  Well, I don't want people crawling all over the house that isn't finished yet.  So, while making money from the little floor wetters is a wonderful idea it's just not manageable right now.  So off for adoption they went.   Dixie grew up and soon followed as well.  They are expensive to keep fed with there are that many dogs hanging out and they just potty where ever there little hearts desire, I can't always catch them in the act.  Oh and yet another liter of puppies is born bringing Elvis and Fanny.
The first four pups were black like Jake but these two, so far, are white like Suzi.  The first ones grew up with white faces and dark bodies.  Be interesting to see how these two do.

While all of this was going on Meadow was actually keeping her calm and not being a total downer.  She did lose her job due to being late one too many times but there is little Skyler to think about.  She has decided that she's going to puppy full time for now and not worry so much about an outside job.  Doesn't help that she's also begging John for another baby.  Good heavens she must not remember how miserable she was last time!  Speaking of last time, little Skyler aged up to teen toward the end of the week.
He's a knowledge Sim and wants to grow up to be a Criminal Mastermind like his Momma.  Which is a little interesting because Pops just maxed out his lifetime want with by becoming Captain Hero.  Yes, Captain Hero (law enforcement) is married to the Criminal Mastermind (life of crime).  You can't make this stuff up!

Eden's House
Eden and Oliver, unhappily married, but happy together in their cozy little house.  They have a future to plan and hopefully some savings to get into something a bit more expandable for a family.

Eden and Oliver worked pretty hard at their careers this week.  Eden is one promotion away from maxing out her career and lifetime want.  However, keeping friends has been the hardest part.  Oliver is just slepping along, seriously like ever so slowly maybe I'll get there today kinda mindset.  Though to be fair I've been working him hard and that fun is lacking most days when he takes off.  It'll get better...I hope.

Eden had three days off in a row so I thought it was the perfect time to introduce a baby to the couple.  Theory being that if she's scheduled off she doesn't get paid for those three days however if she's off for maturity leave those same three days she gets paid.  Win-Win since they are needing some serious home help.
All that money from promotions and her three unexpected paid days when toward remodeling the house, after buying the necessary baby paraphernalia.  And baby stuff was a necessity.
Meet the newest Triumph Baby!
Yup, within moments of birth the first unneeded, unwanted bottle was fed.  Here we go again!

The next day something happened...again.  Remember when Samuel took Jonah to work that day on accident?  Yeah, that.  Apparently it's take your Infant to Work day at the Slacker Headquarters.  I had sent Eden to put Nicholas in his crib.  I didn't notice she didn't when she went to the mirror to work on her charisma.  If I had noticed I would have taken the super cut picture...again.  That glitch just hangs in my game and I love it!  However, from the mirror to the car and that's when I see the baby in her arms.  Too late to prevent it I just pray he comes home OK.
His needs dropped right before heading home so all was golden.  However, whatever invisible hands-free carrier she is using I need!  She only 'held' him when she intended to lay him in the snow.  No, no, no you took him to work you go change his stinky booty and feed him an actual necessary bottle young lady!

Andrew's House
Abigail is still alive, for now.  However, Andrew has taken over the house.  Grimmy watch continues while Andrew forges forward!

Day One and Andrew attempts to get some valuable 'life advise' from Abigail knowing that her time is drawing short.  Apparently shorter than he anticipated.
Just at that pivotal moment Grimmy floated into the room.  Even expecting it I was taken by surprise.  What do you say about Abigail?  She was the only child of Samson and Kristy, married to Clarence and was prolific with the offspring.  Abigail and Clarence drove me near off the rocker with their constant want of children and most of Generation 6 is theirs.  Abigail was a good mom though and loved her children as individually as you can with six Minions of Mayhem running through the house.  She did just wanting to see more of her children engaged, married and even more grandbabies.  She had a few, just there's never enough babies for this woman.
Just a wee bit later that same day Bethany was ready to move out.  Her own place.  True adulthood.  Not even a glance goodbye to her baby brother who now rattles around this big old house alone.  We'll catch up with Bethany's forays into adulthood in a bit.
Alone for real Andrew sets his sights on the woman he thinks he wants to marry.  Joanne Leong.  He's had trouble getting her to come over in the past so he takes it slow with a phone relationship.  Finally she accepts his invitation.
It took some effort on his part but he finally convinced her he was a good friend and then they progressed along to Besties.  It took a lot of work on his part however as she was reluctant to jump in.  So reluctant that his attempts for a first kiss were rejected!
He had her over a few times before he was able to sneak in the kiss.  Feeling lucky he popped the question over dinner that same night.
She said Yes!  And truthfully I was surprised.  She was so dragging feet with everything leading to this.  He decided he better to get it over with quickly before she left again.
The left dinner for the cozy romance of the fireplace where Andrew sealed the deal and Joanne agreed to become his wife.

Bethany's House
Bethany is ready to settle down, find her own home, and bring her relationship with Troy to the next level.  She needs to slow down just a minute, a house is necessary before anything else can happen.
Bethany's starter house.  Though by weeks end I was able to add a second story so it may also be her forever-for-now home.  She has the day off work so the next step is relationship.  She's had her eyes on Troy Go, from work, for a minute.  They have been easy friends but she was too busy with home chaos to try to take it to the next level.  Not any more!  Let's invite him to visit shall we?

Once she had given him the not so grand tour it was time to get down to romance.  And thinks definitely heated up fast.
I didn't manage to catch all the pictures but they went to besties, to slow dancing, to first kiss to in love right there on the front porch.  Troy accept an invitation to move in but then had to get off to work before we could finish things up right.

However, when he came home from work Bethany met him at the door.  I'm not so certain she will remain faithful (dang romance sims!) and I want to get this relationship off to the right foot to help her curb the need to flirt with just anyway.
Boom!  Engaged and Married it is.  No time for second thoughts.  Though Bethany wasn't exactly thrilled for any of it.

Why wait for anything else, might as well just carry it all the way through to a family.
Two days after moving out on her own Bethany is married and expecting!  I feel bad that Momma didn't live long enough for these moments.  Bethany had a few modest promotions before she was placed on maternity leave and Troy found a job in his preferred career path (Life of Crime again) and starting rising the ranks there as well.  By weeks end I had added a second story to the house and started with some decent remodeling.  There's a lot more to do once they get more funds coming in but for now it's workable.  Which is important with a baby coming.
Baby Tabitha made her appearance while Bethany was making breakfast on the last day.  With her arrival Bethany's wants for more lovers settled for a moment and she was able to go to work that afternoon and secure yet one more promotion.

Next time...the Main House.
